At 6oz Coffee, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and premium products with the highest quality standards. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, we understand that there may be rare situations where an order does not meet expectations. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds or replacements are handled.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the 6oz Coffee quality investigation team, whose decision will be final.


Important Conditions
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) may be required for verification

  • Refunds or replacements are not applicable for taste preferences or incorrect orders placed by the customer

Due to the nature of coffee as a consumable product, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
